Refund Policy

Subscriptions to our publications are covered by the Research Information Refund Guarantee. Should you be unhappy with your subscription you may ask us to refund the cost of all unmailed issues at any time.

Subscriptions for institutions and organisations are available through subscription agents and are chargeable at the 'Standard' price. However, you may be eligible for a personal, member, or other reduced-rate subscription, available when ordered direct from Research Information Ltd with a personal cheque or credit card. Please see order form or contact us for full details.

Subscription prices to periodicals include airspeeded delivery to non-UK destinations unless otherwise stated on the subscription form. Annual directories and other infrequent and heavy items may incur postal charges, but you will be advised of this at the time of ordering. There are no hidden charges.

Orders may be sent to the Fulfilment Department at our offices by email, regular mail, telephone, fax, or by using one of our online order forms.
